Thunderbirds Are Go Logo 'Clean Sweep'

Thunderbirds Are Go Cast

When two maintenance workers turn up early at a high-altitude atmospheric cleaning platform, the Earth-based jobsworth operator refuses to let then inside; the two cleaners pilot their pod inside the ‘scrubber’ anyway, but the deactivated turbine malfunctions, sucking the small craft inside, where it smashes into the toxic waste tank. With deadly gas leaking into their pod’s cabin, the workers don facemasks and call International Rescue for help; while Scott and Virgil mobilise Thunderbirds 1 and 2, John contacts the scrubber’s operator, but the man refuses to break regulations and hand over the digi-key for accessing the platform’s systems. John calls on Parker’s skills to obtain the key, then suits up and takes the space elevator down to the cleaning platform. Meanwhile, Thunderbird 2 cuts away the bottom half of the scrubber, which falls harmlessly into the sea, allowing Thunderbird 1 to gain access to the platform’s interior; flying through the cramped infrastructure, Scott soon finds the crashed pod, and takes a hazardous jet-pack ride across to the workers. Parker drives FAB 1 to OxiBaker headquarters, where he discovers the operator is his old partner, Light-Fingered Fred; the two are evenly-matched and Parker is thrown out by security guards - but luckily Sherbet the dog is able to swipe the digi-key. John reaches the scrubber, where he braves high winds to reach the control console, just as Parker and Sherbet arrive in FAB 1 – but then the high-altitude disrupts the car’s thrusters, sending FAB 1 into a crash dive…
